What is Mohr Remote Support?
Mohr Remote Support lets us connect to your computer over the internet, allowing us to fix issues and configure your PC without us having to physically be there.
How does it work?

- Contact Us to arrange a time when you are available.
- We’ll call you at that time, and walk you through downloading and installing a small piece of software.
- You make a coffee and watch as we fix your computer over the internet.
Are there any requirements for Mohr Remote Support?
Yes. You need either a Windows PC (Vista, XP, 2000, ME) or a Mac (OSX 10.5 or 10.4). You also need a fairly good internet connection. We recommend a 1.5mbs connection or greater. Go to Speedtest.net to find out your connection speed.
If you don’t meet these requirements, then we can offer you onsite or workshop support and servicing.
How much does it cost
Remote support usually costs around $45.00 an hour, however we are flexible and can work to a budget as well.
